He also learns about Gowtham’s brother Bobby (Ravi Varma), a drug addict who regularly visits her home. Sathya begins an informal investigation which fails many times, but Babu saves him. Posing as Vasanth Menon, a police officer, Sathya meets Gowtham and learns the couple was childless. Gowtham recalls Shweta being attacked by two masked men to steal her car. He added that Shweta went into a coma and post recovery started telling that she had a five-year-old daughter named Ria.

The film starts with Dhivakar (Vincent Asokan) and his family celebrating his birthday. A sudden lightning strike kills him and his son. At a movie theatre, a man gropes a woman, and a small commotion ensues, which was stopped by ACP Paul Dhanarajan (Aadukalam Naren). The plot shifts to detective Kaniyan Pongundran (Vishal), who lives with his associate Manohar (Prasanna). They both come across Mallika (Anu Emmanuel).
One day, a schoolboy Naveen (Master Nishesh) visits Kaniyan and Manohar with a case that his pet Pomeranian Nemo was shot dead and asks them to find the killer. Naveen gives them the bullet from Nemo’s body. Kaniyan finds that it is a 9mm bullet which had been ricocheted from Nemo. At the crime scene, he finds a tooth, with which he tracks its owner as Swarnavel (Ashvatt). Meanwhile, Kamalesh (John Vijay) visits a travel agency to deliver a sofa stashed with money to five members who run the agency: Devil (Vinay Rai), Muthu (Bhagyaraj), Pritha (Andrea Jeremiah), a stout man (Dheeraj Rathnam), and a bald man (Siddhanth Venkatesh).

When they are about to take the victim (son of a Bangalore-based business tycoon) to a nearby hospital, they come across a huge stash of cash. The policemen kill the half-dead victim and flee to Chennai with the money. The sincere police officer Palaniammal (Uma Riyaz Khan) takes up this case. A cluster of lies, ego clash at the hostel, and family’s ignorance brings Karunakaran into this crime plot. The rest is a racy rollercoaster ride that forms the climax.

When his family presses him to marry Sadhana, he agrees as he also likes her from his childhood days.

He gets Raja to take him to a club, where Krishna then tries to meet an old associate of Raju named Amar, who is a very powerful gangster through his henchmen, but fails. He then meets a close friend of Raju named Rajiv (Asif Basra), who overheard his conversation with Amar’s henchmen. Rajiv tells Krishna that Raju is Raju Bhai (Suriya), a powerful and feared gangster. He then tells things to Krishna about Raju, until he passes out from being drunk.

Later, when Jeeva goes to apologize to Karthika’s parents, he is hit by her father (Vaidyanathan). Meanwhile, Karthika’s father applies for a transfer. Jeeva and Karthika promise that they will not meet until their last exam. On the last day, Karthika leaves but gives a letter to Balaji and tells him to give it to Jeeva, but Balaji does not give it and tries to convince Jeeva that Karthika does not love him anymore. Jeeva and Karthika try to meet each other but in vain. Finally, Jeeva learns Karthika’s whereabouts, and they finally meet. When he meets her, he lands up in a fight with her friend. He goes to her home and asks her if she still loves him. She says no but later feels she should talk to him and marry him the way he asked her as proof, but fate has other plans. The next day when she meets him, he stabs her before she can say anything and later realizes she is still in love with him. He tries to save her, but she dies in his arms. The scene returns to the present, where Jeeva escapes from the police to find Karthika’s grave, then he jumps off a cliff. The movie ends with Jeeva and Karthika united in heaven and their names written on the bark of the tree by Jeeva when they first met.

Vasu meets Swathi (Nivetha Pethuraj) and Raguram (Vincent Asokan), two army officials who are going on the mission with them. Vasu, Swathi, Venkat, Appu, and Raguram go on the space shuttle Dhruva-1. Just before launch, Vasu’s speech channel is directed to an unknown voice, which tells Vasu that he has kidnapped his son Ravi (Aarav Ravi), who will die unless Vasu gives the missile to him, and Vasu agrees. While in flight, Vasu goes unconscious, and Swathi and Venkat take him to the sick bay. There, Vasu wakes up and goes into the wire chamber to cut the wire that controls the liquid hydrogen fuel tank. Vasu actually faked going unconscious due to directions from the unknown voice. Vasu cuts the wire, and the fuel tank loses much of its fuel.

Sivadas (Kishore) the daring cop who gets ruthless against the local goon Aadhi (Pradeep Rawat) and is just miles away from nabbing the crook. He has a driver named Kundasamy. However he is forced to leave the force for a while to take care of his autistic son, Haridas (Prithviraj Das) because of an unfortunate matter. With much difficulty he enrolls Haridas in a normal school where Amudhavalli (Sneha) is a teacher specialized to deal with special children.
