Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya is an authentic humorous investigative thriller revolving around the adventures of a detective based out of Nellore.

A young girl’s killer is hunted by a police officer.

The film starts with Ashok Kumar aka AK (Ajith Kumar) setting bombs in three places and informing the police about them. Before the police arrive, the bombs are set off. AK, along with his lady love Maya (Nayanthara), threatens her old college mate hacker Arjun (Arya), who is forced to hack one system after another. AK then threatens Sriram Raghavan (Aadukalam Naren) by trying to kill his child so that he can extract the truth about black money. AK then murders Sriram. Arjun, who is irritated by the things happening around him, complains about AK’s misdeeds to Inspector Prakash (Kishore). When AK gets closer to achieving his goals, Arjun gives him away to the police, and both are arrested. Arjun is later released after his true identity is revealed.

Jill, a tenacious UMass freshman, abandons her studies for an off-the-grid snowboarding trip. But after the sun has dipped below the horizon, their SUV mysteriously becomes lost in the freshly-logged mountains, eventually running out of gas. The film begins with a suicide bombing attack in Germany at a peace conference where Indian Home Minister (Sachin Khedekar) is affected by an unknown virus. In RAW headquarters, menon (Sarita Choudhury) joins the investigation. RAW HQ is threatened by a threat who calls himself Doctor. In HQ, army officer Aazaan Khan (Sachiin J Joshi) is interrogated about the case because of his brother’s, Aman Khan, involvement as a terrorist in the suicide bombings.
Aazaan is deployed in Waziristan to infiltrate the enemy force and to find the whereabouts of his brother. He travels from country to country to find the culprits and even becomes one of them to gain their confidence. Aazaan comes across two Pakistanis from whom he soon finds the whereabouts of the kingpin, the Doctor. The Doctor has taken hold of Mahfouz (Dalip Tahil) and has seized the cure for the virus from him, so now he has both the weapon and its antidote. He knows that Aazaan is with the cops, and both are led to be killed in the market square. Aazaan breaks free and tries to rescue the scientist, but it’s too late. Before being detonated by a strapped bomb, he tells Aazaan to find a sand artist in Morocco and a girl with her, as they have the cure for the virus.

After a battle with a high-tech villain named, Saiko-Tek, the Teen Titans travel to the city of Tokyo where they find themselves embroiled in a conflict with an ancient enemy.
