An innocent young lecturer is misunderstood as a pervert and despised by a woman who co-incidentally turns out to be the younger sister of his brother-in-law. Eventually differences subside and love blooms between them.

The story begins with a pub dance where girls and boys enjoy themselves to the fullest in a much spoilt way which leads to verbal Eve teasing and results in a girl’s death. Sangayya IPS (Samudrakani), assistant commissioner of police of the area, is forced to revoke the case because of Chezhiyan’s (Vaibhav Reddy) influence. Chezhiyan with his rich and corrupt father’s Deiva Nayagam MLA (A. L. Alagappan),the State minister for Forests and Agri, would bail them out even if he and his friends commit multiple murders. Chezhiyan falls in love with a girl named Reshma, (Aparna) daughter of a karnataka-based businessman (largely inspired from Vijay Mallya). There are some political dramas that happens before the families agree to their marriage. Sangayya has been used in this political drama. He gets furious after learning this, but his hands are tied by the commissioner of police. When Chezhiyan is mysteriously kidnapped and beaten up by an unknown character, Sangayya starts an unofficial investigation upon request of the commisssioner. Sangayya solves the case and comes to know that a XI grade student named Easan is responsible.

The movie revolves around Chandru (Karthik) and his lover Niveditha (Malavika) in the backdrop of Ooty. Niveditha’s father Mahadevan (Manivannan) is against love marriages and he finds out that his daughter Niveditha is in love with someone. Mahadevan asks for the details of Niveditha’s lover. But Niveditha as per Chandru’s plan, hands over Azhagesh’s (Vivek) (who happens to be Chandru’s friend), photo to Mahadevan and informs him as her lover. Mahadevan sends some goons to attack Azhagesh and the proceedings happen comically.
Meanwhile, Chandru and Niveditha keeps planning on how to make Mahadevan nod for their wedding. One day, Mahadevan’s car gets repaired on the way. Chandru along with his family also comes on the same way. Seeing Mahadevan helpless on the road, Chandru picks him up and drops him at home thereby getting into good books of Mahadevan. Slowly, Mahadevan and Chandru become good family friends. But still, Chandru and Niveditha do not reveal their love to their parents and are happy that both families are in good terms now.

Three friends leave their homes when their parents refuse to support their dreams. Later, when they meet a friend in Chennai, they begin to pursue their ambitions.

A male recollects the story of two impoverished brothers, Ramu and Deva. Deva’s wish that they own a bicycle is fulfilled after Ramu finds an abandoned bike, and with the help of his garage-owner friend, Yadav, makes it roadworthy. While working in the garden of a wealthy family, he falls in love with the daughter, Shrishti, and on being discovered, gets fired, and the bike gets stolen. The brothers dramatically locate the bike with Ali Mirza, complain to his father, and take possession of the bike.

A disillusioned everyman, frustrated with the corruption he sees all around him, develops multiple personalities in order to restore justice.
