After the passing away of her parents in an automobile accident, Radhika moves in to live with her aunt, Malathi, and studies Zoology in Lexicon Science College. She is very friendly with Basu Subtankar and both, along with other girls, create quite a ruckus, much to the chagrin of their teachers and the College Principal. In addition to this, they are also staunch rivals of NRI Geetha Damodar, who wants to be the Student Chair. Radhika competes, there is a tie, but the teachers overturn Radhika’s votes due to many complaints against her, and elect Geetha as the Chair. When Malathi wants Radhika to wed, both girls create a fictional character, name him Ramesh, and tell Malathi that Radhika is in love with Ramesh. Complications arise when a real male named Ramesh surfaces, is subsequently killed, and the duo become suspects amidst a web of deceit and lies created by one of four persons in their lives, namely Malati herself, Geetha, a mysterious woman who sometimes poses as Ramesh’s mother and other times as Geetha’s guardian, and an fourth unknown person – leading the duo to a roller-coaster ride with both the police and the real killer on their tails.

Rambabu (Pawan Kalyan) owns a garage and is a mechanic. But he is a different young man who is sensitive to injustice and doesn’t hesitate to take action as a responsible citizen. Soon, his actions catch the attention of media person Ganga (Tamannah) who brings him to the news channel she works for and gets him a job as journalist. Meanwhile, Rana (Prakash Raj) is an aspiring chief minister and his father (Kota) is an opposition party leader. Both keep hatching plots to bring down the government. Few situations lead Rana to clash with Rambabu. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Shanti works in several other place to supplement her monthly income so that she can provide a better life for her daughter, Abhinaya (Yuva lakshmi). However, Abhinaya is not interested in her studies and loves to chat with her friends, watch TV, play and conveys one day to her mother that her ambition in life is to become a servant as well. Shanti is dismayed hearing this and conveys this to her boss, who in turn, advises her to challenge her daughter. Shanti realizes that if she were more educated, she would be able to mentor as well as tutor her daughter and thus motivate her to improve in her studies. So with Dr. Nandhini’s help, she is enrolled in the same school as her daughter’s classmate. This infuriates Abhinaya who hates to see her mother in her daily school life. Shanti proves to her daughter that age is not a major deterrent to learning and that she can pick up where she left off several years ago. Shanti studies hard and challenges Abhinaya to score higher marks than her in the half-yearly exams. Abhinaya starts taking math seriously and does well in her exams. Seeing this, Shanti thinks Abhinaya has turned over into a new leaf and her attitude has changed. So she wants to discontinues school. Seeing this, Abhinaya confesses that her hard work to succeed in math and pass the exam was so that her mother could drop out of school. There is this wonderful twist which shows the psychology of human nature. Shanti works night and day to earn and collect money for her daughter’s future, while the daughter spends all that earned money in one day. Abhinaya comes home with new clothes, shoes to find her mother looking through jars to find where the money she earnt for Abhinaya future went. They argue and Abhinaya says that she knows what Shanti’s job is and that she sees a man drop her home everyday at night. Abhinaya finally learns the truth about her mother from her classmate and is ashamed of her rebellious behavior. She realizes the value of education and her mother’s dream, which is Abhinaya. Her goal is to make Abhinaya’s life more independent. The final scenes show Abhinaya passing her 10th Standard, and then years later getting interviewed by these IAS Officers, who ask her why she is pursuing Civil Services and her reply says it all ” So that I do not become a maid”.

Thamizh’s love that develops gradually, damaging relationship with his cousin in the process, gets torn around the lovers’ conflicting ideas of where his family fits in their nucleus of life. The lover gets married to the estranged cousin, Thamizh gets a wife he considers he is blessed to have had and just when things appear to be settling down, a devastating turn of events shakes his family apart. The film opens with a man (Aravind Akash) and woman interviewing civilians’ thoughts on love and the opposite sex. After a mixture of answers, they cease their questions and the credits roll. The credits end as a boy, after being rejected by his girlfriend, commits suicide by jumping in front of a passing car. Karthik (Vinay Rai) walks off, disturbed, to his girlfriend Jhansi’s (Sadha) office. There, he is criticized by her for his antics with other women and his lack of passion for their love. She walks off, ending their relationship.
