Bumbling cop Chatur Singh (Sanjay Dutt) is sent on a special mission to South Africa to solve a high-profile case involving the murder of a politician and a cache of diamonds. But before he can redeem his botched-up career he must deal with a bunch of loonies which includes a crazy mafia don (Satish Kaushik), a weird taxi driver (Sanjai Mishra), a hysterical boss (Anupam Kher), and a pretty damsel in distress (Ameesha Patel).[4]

Customers begin to come as soon the hotel was opened. A husband and wife, newly married couple with relativesand a body builder dies in the premise after staying one night. They burry the dead bodies on the backyard. All their guests die except the school kids and teacher who were sent by the locak police.Baffled, Kiran tries to uncover the mystery behind the deaths, only to find the dead people were previous owner of the bungalow,which leads him to believe that the house is haunted.

Vijay (Arjun) is a hitman who works for Sundaramoorthy (Radha Ravi). He kills anybody for a price, other than women and children and he lives alone in an apartment. Pooja (Pooja), a young girl, studies in a boarding school and comes to her father’s house for the holiday. Between her abusive father, selfish stepmother and an arrogant step-aunt, Pooja feels rather badly but she treasures her lovely little brother Dinesh (Mahanadi Dinesh). Pooja tries to befriend Vijay but Vijay is not interested. Her father is a drug smuggler. One day, a corrupt police officer Jayanth (Raghuvaran) kills Pooja’s family including her brother. Vijay decides to accommodate Pooja and Pooja compels him to teach her his skills as a hitman. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.

Panchabhootham (Delhi Ganesh) and his assistant (Ramesh Khanna), the doctors treating Thenali, are jealous of a relatively junior doctor Kailash (Jayaram) getting all the media attention. They send Thenali over to him, believing his failure to cure Thenali of his phobias will derail his success. Soon after their first appointment, Kailash heads to his home in Kodaikanal on a vacation with his wife Jalaja (Devayani) and his two children Arjun (Master Suraj) and Aishwarya (Baby Taj Nisha). Kailash tells Thenali to wait until after the vacation before his therapy can begin, but Panchabhootham asks for Thenali to go meet Kailash while on vacation.
