When stuntman Sambandham (Kamal Haasan) and Dr. Janaki (Simran) come across each other at his brother Anand’s (Abbas) and her best friend Malathi’s (Sneha) hastily planned wedding ceremony, they instantly develop a dislike for each other. They both have a very low opinion of the opposite sex, and staunchly believe marriage is not the way to go for the two newly-weds, whom they try to discourage from proceeding further.
Janaki convinces Malathi to test out her theory that men are after only one thing, by forcing Malathi to delay their consummation for three months. She is sure Anand will not be able to do so and this will prove to Malathi that Anand is just another low-class male, like all others.

Now Sunaina beats on Raj face. Raj full of anger tells Naresh that he will take revenge and want to find out that girl. Finally Sunaina is seen coming out of office by Raj who now realise she working in their company. Now Raj bets Naresh he will be slave if he cannot act as lover and later betray Sunaina. Raj now acts like a changed man and hard working for the company in front of Sunaina. Finally Sunaina falls in love with Raj. The day comes where Raj lies with Sunaina in his house and Raj father finds out their love and tries to arrange for marriage. Raj wanted to cheat Sunaina but as his father and grandmother now ready for their marriage, Raj agrees for marriage. At marriage day, Sunaina mother is found out by Raj father’s friend as a prostitute, Raj father tells to stop the marriage, now Raj confess he wanted to reject her after acting as a lover. Hearing this Sunaina become very angry and leaves with her mother away from the marriage area. Mother commits suicide. Sunaina now fully sad gets support from Daniel. Sunaina become a successful business woman shown as getting a Canadian company business deal overcoming Raj’s father’s business deal with the company. Raj’s father tries to arrange marriage between Raj and his business cum alcohol drinking friend’s daughter. But after a party Raj finds the daughter to be a senseless and shameless lady trying to have body contact dance with another guy. Finally Raj realise Sunaina was a good girl and come back to Sunaina house and again start love with Sunaina . Here Sunaina act as loving but finally one day Sunaina tells she hate him. Last scene Raj is shown mad sitting on road side. Now Sunaina come in a big car and sees Raj sitting mad become sad but after thinking the past marriage day Raj confession and her mother suicide, Sunaina close her car and move forward.

Ensuring that Kavya never finds out his true identity, Siva as Remo establishes a close friendship with her, but is unable to convince her to end her engagement with Vishwa. Undeterred, he organizes a massive surprise on her birthday and proposes to her as Siva. Kavya, who has been charmed by the surprise and fallen in love with Siva, is in a dilemma as she is unable to decide between Vishwa and Siva. Siva takes advantage of her dilemma and juggles the roles of both Siva as well as Remo with the aim of breaking her engagement, all the while hiding his dual identity from her. Eventually, Kavya gives in and admits her feelings to Siva, but, to the shock of both her and Siva, Vishwa has decided to prepone their marriage to the very next day. Kavya decides to end her engagement and leave her house to be with Siva.

Madhu (Githan Ramesh) always roams on a bike. Mercy (Priyamani) and Esther (Jahnavi) are friends and hostel mates. Mercy believes in Jesus and is very kind and humble towards others. Esther is bold, glamorous in dressing, and teases everyone. One day, when Esther teases Madhu, he kisses her publicly. Madhu falls in love with Mercy at first sight when she rescued a puppy from raining. Madhu often gets the chance to meet Mercy. He comes to the hostel and expresses his love to Mercy, but she denies his love. After examination, Mercy goes to her hometown Mahi. Madhu follows her. Her father Siluvai (Ashish Vidyarthi) owes to bring up his daughter to a good position. Madhu becomes Siluvai’s favorite. Esther enters the scene with lots of change in her character. Siluvai comes to know about their love affair, and his decision forms the rest of the story. In the end, Madhu and Mercy die by falling down from a hill.

The story of Karthikeyanum Kanamal Pona Kadhaliyum is about a youngster (Deepak) whose lover deserts him and goes away. He befriends another girl (a traffic constable). The rest of the movie is the aftermath of their friendship and other incidents.

Prakash (Akkineni Nagarjuna), a carefree, mischievous student graduates from College. During his celebration with his friends, he gets into a road accident. Although the accident is only minor, during medical tests, he is diagnosed with terminal cancer and has a few months to live. Unable to hear his mother’s constant wailing, he packs his bags and leaves to his family’s vacation home in Ooty.
There, he meets Geetanjali (Girija Shettar), who enjoys playing pranks on people around her. In one incident, Geetanjali asks a guy to meet her near a church after sundown to elope with her. When he comes to meet her, she along with her sisters and friends play an elaborate prank by dressing up as ghosts to scare him away. When she tries to pull the same prank on Prakash, who is already aware of this, it backfires as he pulls a bigger prank on her by dressing himself as a vampire and along with aerial wire stunts, scares her.
