Engada Unga Manthiri is a Tamil movie released on 21 Sep, 2012. The movie is directed by Ravi C. Kumar and featured Jagapati Babu and Rami Reddy as lead characters.

Nari is a dubbing version of Malayalam Movie Roudram. Nari (Mammootty) is the Assistant Commissioner who is given the charge of investigating a murder that happened outside a lodge in Fort Kochi.
The deceased was supposed to have connections with the ganja planters of the state. During the course of the investigation, some bigwigs including his superiors and political masters come under police scrutiny. The rest of the film shows how Nari overcomes the hurdles and teaches everyone involved, a lesson.

The film revolves around Mantra, a software programmer who lives in a Hostel. She shifts to Hyderabad and starts staying in a mansion owned by Ramarao and Padmini, thanks to the office driver Prasad. But things take a turn when Mantra gets attacked by the unknown. Her childhood friend, ACP Vijay brings her home and takes care of her.
ACP Vijay takes a group of 4 people to investigate the mansion. On their way, people start getting killed. What is the connection with Mantra? What is her relation with Ramarao and Padmini – all this forms the rest of the story.
