Kokku (Tamil: கொக்கு) is a Tamil-language Action film which is Directed by Vetrimaaran & performed by Dhanush, Tapsee Pannu, Jayabalan and Released on 14 January 2011.

Pettaikaaran has an impeccable track record of successes in rooster fights. However, when one of his aides, Karuppu, does not follow his instructions in a fight, it creates enmity between them.

The story revolves around a writer who becomes outdated due to changing trends. He decides to leave for Megamalai to find solitude and write a new book. Upon arrival to Megamalai, unfortunate incidents happen around him. Little does he know that it’s not only his life that he’s endangering.
