The movie dates back to 1951. Here, two incidents take place; The birth of the hero and other in the Kolar Gold Fields (K.G.F) they get gold. The hero is brought up in poverty. When he is very young itself he goes to Mumbai to become a mafia don. His mother’s wish was to see her son rich and powerful. After being in Mumbai for some time he returns back. Will he be able to become a Don? Will he set his people free from the age old slavery? Forms the plot of the movie.

Romeo lives a wealthy lifestyle in Bangalore, India, along with his widowed mother. He had received considerable assistance and encouragement from Raj Mohan to dance and sing, and as a result gets very popular with young women. His friend, Prakash, is blamed for this, is arrested, tried in Court, found guilty, and sentenced to life imprisonment. But Romeo survives, is looked after by tribal people, and several months later returns to Bangalore to expose Raj – only to find a look-alike, a Chandaal (Hindu Undertaker) named Badshah, from Bombay, has taken over his life, identity, love, and is residing in his very own home!

Impressive first half and good comedy are basic assets of this film. But the weak second half and a lengthy runtime put breaks on the free flow of the film. This film should satisfy those who are looking for a typical popcorn entertainer this holiday season.
