After moving to a new house, Kathir hears some voices, meets accidents frequently, and gets nightmares. All these occur only at 3:33, the time when he was born. Was this a dream or a psychological occurrence for Kathir?

Chitra (Nayantara), a medical student and her friends are working on a project about the human brain. She wants to investigate the curious case of Sanjay Ramaswamy (Suriya), a (former) notable Chennai based businessman, who is reported to have anterograde amnesia. Her professor denies access to Sanjay’s records as it is currently under criminal investigation. Chitra, nonetheless, decides to investigate the matter herself.
Sanjay is introduced as he brutally murders a man. He takes an instant picture of the man, and writes on it “done”. Sanjay has anterograde amnesia; he loses his memory every 15 minutes. Sanjay uses a system of photographs, notes, and tattoos on his body to recover his memory after each cycle.

Two conmen, who believe that money can solve all their problems, decide to extract money from wrongdoers. Trouble begins when a mad policeman crosses their way.

The story revolves around an ego clash between father and son. Puli (Sundar C) is a local rowdy and the son of a math teacher Vedhukannu (Prakash Raj). Puli helps his half-sister in return for her unexpected help and vouches for her safety. The rival gangs kill her and put the blame on his father. How Puli brings the truth to light and unites with his family completes the rest of the movie.

When refused, he assures of arresting Marthandan and the very next day, Mahendran and his colleagues are pushed down in shock for the entire bank is burnt down and they are dismissed. Now, Mahendran together with his mates tries to reveal the true color of Marthandan and prove of their innocence.
