Two college students, the slum child Raja and the dean’s daughter Roja, chat with each other over the Internet and fall in love. However, Roja is engaged and Raja cannot bear to disrespect her father, to whom he owes his livelihood.

A violent youngster and a shy Brahmin girl fall in love but tragedy intervenes when the youngster is brain-damaged following a fight.

The film begins in a small village in Tirunelveli district where a few upper-caste men hold a chariot festival. Antony Daas (Jayam Ravi), along with his friends, pull the chariot in to their slum and they naturally incur the wrath of a local leader Annachi (Shanmugarajan). Meanwhile, his daughter Rajeshwari (Renuka Menon) falls in love with Daas. Her sister Punitha (Monica) elopes to marry a lower caste boy Guna (Abhinay), a classmate of Daas.
Coming to know about this, Annachi sends his men to bump off the couple. Eventually, Annachi sets the couple ablaze in front of Daas. An angry Rajeshwari, in order to teach her father a lesson, elopes with Daas and vows to get married. The couple then seeks refuge in Nasser’s (Krishna) house in Madurai. He promises to get them married. However, coming to know about their hideout, Annachi’s men reach Madurai to foil their plans. Nasser’s father Vappa (Salim Ghouse) promises to get them united. Enters Anwar (Adithya Menon), Nasser’s brother, who plans to let loose terror in the Madurai town in the name of Jehad.

Love has many faces, but Joel and Jenny love with earnestness, but when their love is tested in the fire of adversity, it has to overcome that. When reality is not what it appears to be, can love survive?

Ensuring that Kavya never finds out his true identity, Siva as Remo establishes a close friendship with her, but is unable to convince her to end her engagement with Vishwa. Undeterred, he organizes a massive surprise on her birthday and proposes to her as Siva. Kavya, who has been charmed by the surprise and fallen in love with Siva, is in a dilemma as she is unable to decide between Vishwa and Siva. Siva takes advantage of her dilemma and juggles the roles of both Siva as well as Remo with the aim of breaking her engagement, all the while hiding his dual identity from her. Eventually, Kavya gives in and admits her feelings to Siva, but, to the shock of both her and Siva, Vishwa has decided to prepone their marriage to the very next day. Kavya decides to end her engagement and leave her house to be with Siva.

The plot revolves around two fathers and their sons. GK (Raghuvaran), Dev (Vikram) father, is a smuggler who lives in a house near by Thangiah S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, father of Guru (Ajith Kumar). In his childhood days, Guru got attracted by GK’s activities and follows his footsteps. While Thangiah tries to convince his son, it is all in vain. He got vexed and started to raise Dev (GK’s son), as a good man. In their college days, Dev becomes a singer. With the lover boy image, he is really popular among the ladies in the college. While Guru studying in the same college becomes a dancer and turns out to be a local dada, who helps GK in his business. Both Guru and Dev fall in love with the same girl Megha (Maheswari). Who is in love with Guru. Thangiah comes to know about Dev’s love for her and begs Guru to leave his love for Dev, since he won’t be able to lead a peaceful life in the shape he is. Despite Guru having thoughts of leaving Megha. Dev steps aside knowing that Megha in love with Guru. As Dev hides his feelings for Megha. He wishes the both of them by saying, that the love they have for each other will prevail. The film ends with Guru’s choosing to stay with the dark world and with Megha, by his side.

Chitambaram does not want his daughter, Kausalya, to marry Suresh. Suresh then decides not to marry Kausalya without her father’s permission.

Misfortune strikes in the love life of a couple when the boy meets with an accident.

Two music directors Bharathi (Vijayakumar) and Kannan (Nassar) used to be friends and composed music together. After Kannan has a fight with the director of their movie, Bharathi who feels embarrassed decided to split from Kannan and compose the music for the film by himself. He offers Kannan the chance to reconcile after this movie. Kannan rejects this and instead gives details about the fallout to the newspaper and Bharathi ends up losing the movie deal. A war begins and both music directors hate each other and can’t even stand to hear the other’s name. Bharathi is very successful while Kannan, who is basically unknown, drinks away his sorrows.

Aravindan (Vijay), Chandru (Suriya), and Krishnamurthy (Ramesh Khanna) value friendship over everything else, even family. For this reason, Chandru resists the advances of Aravindan’s sister Amutha (Vijayalakshmi). When the trio takes up a painter’s job at a mansion, Aravindan falls in love with Padmini (Devayani), who lives there. Padmini’s jealous cousin Abhirami (Abhinayashree) makes him believe that his overtures are reciprocated. When the truth is revealed and Padmini rejects him, Chandru stands up for his friend and speaks ill of her. This makes her swear to separate the friends.[2] After the marriage, Aravindan realises the hand of Abhirami behind all the mishaps, and Padmini realises that Chandru is innocent. Chandru and Amutha’s marriage is arranged. Gautham (Sriman) is Aravindan’s cousin who is in love with Amutha and wants to separate the pair. He makes Chandru believe that Padmini is trying to kill Amutha. Padmini is angry with Chandru. Aravindan tells the truth that in their young ages, he unknowingly killed Chandru’s deaf and mute brother. Gautham records this and makes Chandru hear it. Chandru and Aravindan fight and go by their ways. Aravindan tries to convince Chandru but falls from the top of a mountain. Chandru believes that Aravindan is dead, but after five years, he finds out that Aravindan is not dead but has ended up in a coma. Gautham is now torturing his family a lot. When he comes to know that Chandru has come back, he starts to beat him up. After hearing Chandru’s cry of pain, Aravindan wakes up from his coma. He beats up Gautham, and everyone rejoins and lives happily.

Sajan Joseph Alukka (Kunchako Boban) is a soft-spoken and studious young man, while his junior Priyamvada (Meera Jasmine) is smart and outgoing. Her close friend is in love with Sajan, but he avoids her by saying that his only ambition in life is to study hard and become an IAS. But Priya follows him and digs out the truth that though he hails from a rich family, his father has now gone bankrupt and has no money even to pay the exam fee. On hearing this, her friend ditches him. Slowly Priya starts having a soft corner for him. She even pays his fees, but Sajan tries to avoid her and treats this as an insult.

An innocent young lecturer is misunderstood as a pervert and despised by a woman who co-incidentally turns out to be the younger sister of his brother-in-law. Eventually differences subside and love blooms between them.
