A tragic-comedy that is set in the 90s between two different personalities coming from different backgrounds that change their lives in a tale of love.

Karky (Pa. Vijay) is the son of Arokkyasami (Nassar), who wants to win freedom of his people from the shipbuilding owner Rajanayagam (Suman) and his wife Sena (Namitha). Meera (Meera Jasmine) is Rajanayagam’s sister. She is a very kindhearted woman who helps Karky. With Meera’s help, Karky starts a war against Rajanayagam. Rajayanagam is not only cruel and stone-hearted, but also very cunning and a big fraud. He and his wife play a cunning game and cheat Karky. Karky’s mother Valliammai (Kushboo) is initially reluctant to wage war against evil openly as she is afraid of bloodshed. She wanted all workers to live and not die. Rajanayagam crosses all the levels of cruelty. There is no way the situation can be handled peacefully, so Valliammai asks Karky to open a full-fledged war against evil. Then the final war starts between good and evil in which good wins over evil.

Aarumugam (Suriya) is a thug and dealmaker with a band of boys handpicked from the slums of Chennai. Aaru’s mentor Vishwanathan (Ashish Vidyarthi) protects him because Aaru gives him the violent undercover he needs. When Vishwanathan declares war on his bitter rival Reddy (Jaya Prakash Reddy), Aaru assists him. But Vishwanathan betrays him, resulting in Aaru’s subordinates’ deaths. Aaru realizes Vishwanathan’s true, evil nature and vows to destroy his power. There is also a subplot involving Aaru’s romance with the college student Mahalakshmi (Trisha).

A pregnant woman named Yashodha is advised to follow a few guidelines about her physical and mental well being and safety. However, a set of events occur that make Yashoda live on the edge, risking her well being.

ACP Krishna is on a mission to find the whereabouts of an accused criminal. During this process, he meets Sailaja, the daughter of the accused who is missing and love blossoms. However, when Sailaja finds out that Krishna is on a mission to arrest her father, the two break-up and move apart. How Krishna stays determined to perform his duty and also wins back the love of his life forms the rest of the story.

The film revolves around a special team of trained secret agent animals, equipped with advanced tools that allow the mammalian members to talk to humans. The primary field team consists of guinea pigs Darwin, Blaster, and Juarez, star-nosed mole Speckles (cyber intelligence), and housefly Mooch (Reconnaissance). The unit’s leader Ben, orders an unauthorized infiltration of the residence of home electronics and appliances magnate, Leonard Saber, the owner of Saberling Industries, who has been under FBI investigation and is working for an unseen mastermind named Mr. Yanshu. The team is able to retrieve sensitive information about a sinister scheme that is set to occur in 48 hours. However, when Ben’s superior Kip Killian arrives for his evaluation, his astonishment at the team’s capabilities and technology is overcome by his indignation at Ben’s unauthorized mission and the fact that the downloaded intelligence appears to be useless information about Saber’s coffeemakers. As a result, the government agent orders the unit shut down, the equipment seized and the animals to be used as experimental subjects to be killed. With the help of their human compatriots, Darwin, Juarez, Blaster, Mooch and Speckles escape with hopes of stopping Saber’s scheme, but find themselves in a pet carrying case bound for a pet shop.

Arumugham (Vikram) is an uneducated, good hearted, helpful village hick. Easwari (Jyothika) is his childhood friend. A chemical factory in the village pollutes the local river and when all attempts to stop the factory waste from going to the drinking water falls flat, the villagers decide to send Arumugham to Chennai and meet the concerned minister who has won from their constituency. He sets out for the city with Easwari and her grandmother and they stay with Arumugham’s friend (Vivek) and gang. Swapna (Reema Sen) is a model who stays in the same area and she lusts after Arumugham. They meet the Minister (Sayaji Shinde) who is extremely nice to them and promises to help them. Soon Arumugham is forced by circumstances to fight against an anti-social gang with a lady boss. An honest police officer (Manoj.K.Jayan) tries to collect evidence against the criminal gang. When Arumugham realizes that the bad guys are the henchmen of the same Minister who is behind all the crimes, !

VERULI, as the name indicates scarecrow, the director of the film Amudhavanan throws a sequence of incidents that confuses Ashwin( Abishek) as real accidents. The events and evidence also scares the situation. Series of same events makes Ashwin to think in another angle leading to conclusion. With the help and advice from his peers Ashwin makes youthful activities in twisting the reason. Reporter (Archana Singh)paves way for the investigation in her perception along with her cameraman Shankar(Jayachandran)in a presentable humour. A sequence of humourous facts in between turns the film towards (K.Bhakiyaraj) who narrates the situation and justifies the reason and helps in breaking the suspense.

This movie is similar to Romeo and Juliet, a tragic love story about two star-crossed lovers. The movie focuses on the love that blossoms between an Indian student (Vikranth) and a Pakistani girl. The movie is essentially about how they must both fight against forces which oppose them. The movie outlines some of the most complex themes and problems that occur between the two state. The story alternates between Vikranth’s parents searching for him, while the flashback of the incidence are portrayed along the way. Eventually, near the end, the Pakistani girl suicides thinking her lover is going to die. However, Vikranth turns up to find her dead. This causes him to break down, eventually psychologically affecting him. As time goes on, Vikranth physical appearance changed to the point where no one recognizes him. The movie ends on a sad note, where his own mother fails to recognize her own son.

A corrupt cop with a traumatic childhood has a change of heart and treads upon the path of righteousness as he takes on a dangerous criminal and his team.
