The film opens to a school in a village where a boy recites a national anthem before all the staff and students of the school. Another boy is seen running to school as he is late. His teacher punishes him, while comparing him to the boy who recited earlier, who is revealed to be his younger half-brother. An enmity grows in the older brother as he is always compared to his younger brother. The younger brother burns the photo of the older brother’s father as he was the reason for his defeat in the school’s kabbadi match. In retaliation, the older brother throws the younger brother into a well. Watching him get drowned in the well, the older brother runs away from the village.

Panda, Karthik and Sathish (Sathish) go on a vacation to Goa to spend the gambling money. There, Rande threatens Karthik to play roulette in the Casino Royale ship. Initially Karthik hesitates, but Rande threatens him by kidnapping Priya. Karthik accepts to play. By this incident, Priya comes to know about Karthik’s power. To train Karthik, Shreya (Taapsee Pannu) comes to help. Karthik plays the game and tricks Rande to take his place in gambling. The casino officials arrest Rande. Karthik, with his money won in the gambling with Panda, Sathish and Priya, escapes and goes back home. Shreya helps Rande escape from guards by the saying of Kumar. Rande traces Karthik and takes him to his place. There, Karthik uses his power to fight Rande’s sidekicks and threatens Rande. At that time, a Rolls-Royce Phantom comes and is revealed that the unknown man Kumar is Kokki Kumar (Dhanush), and he asks Karthik to play for him in politics.

Vicky too begins to fall in love with her and is ready to accept the wedding proposal until he finds out that Priya has compromised on her interests for his sake. He rejects the wedding proposal and returns to Australia.Back in Australia, Vicky is matched up through aCadburysurvey with Maggie (Taapsee), a free-spirited modern girl who shares his no-compromise attitude. Both of them meet at a mall and interestedin each other, begin to date and soon decide to get married. However, Maggie’s father is none other than the MindGames head’s brother, who is unwilling to let Vicky marry Maggie. After much persuasion from Vicky, Maggie’s father agrees to let Vicky marry Maggie on the condition that he should stay in his house for 4 days for Maggie’s sister’s wedding and if Vicky manages to win over at least 2 relatives of Maggie, he can marry her and he would get a business in India else he should forget Maggie and leave the contract. But Vicky changes the condition that if at least 1 relative of Maggie does not get convinced that Vicky is the correct match for Maggie then he would forget Maggie and leave the contract, else he would marry Maggie and does not leave the contract.Soon, the relatives begin pouring infrom India and among them, to Vicky’s shock, is Priya, who happens to be the groom’s cousin. During the 4 days, with the help of Priya, he manages to win over the entire family. It is clear that Vicky is going to win Maggie’s father’s challenge. Priya leaves for India on the night before Vicky wins the challenge, heartbroken at the thought that Vicky is marrying someone else. Vicky receives a message Priya had recorded prior to him rejecting heron his mobile phone where she haddeclared her love for him. He gainsa change of heart on seeing this message and realises how much Priya had loved him and was willingto change for him, in spite of his faults. He also realises the need forcompromises in life. Vicky conveys his feelings to all the wedding guests present and decides not to marry Maggie. Maggie understands his feelings and accepts his decision.Vicky returns to India to win back Priya. After initially playing hard-to-get, Priya accepts Vicky’s love and they live happily ever after

Bullet Raja (Ravi Teja) is a small-time crook with a good heart. He bumps into Swetha (Taapsee Pannu) at a function and falls in love with her, but she is already engaged to Harbour Babu (Sushant Singh), a powerful local goon. One day, using Swetha’s dance master Vidya Balan (Brahmanandam), Raja and Swetha manage to run away from Babu to reach a hilltop, but Babu tracks them down and is severely beaten by Raja. At the last moment, Babu uses his Scorpio car to hit Raja off the hilltop. Raja clings on to a branch growing on the hill but slips off it and falls down, yet still manages to survive. Just then, Chitragupta (M. S. Narayana) changes the story, and the car that was stuck on the edge of the hill falls down on top of Raja, and as he was crushed. The Scorpio car blasts, thus killing him.
