KL narcotics undercover Inspectors Sanjay (C Kumaresan) and Venkat (KK Khanna) become part of a high-tech force assigned to nab a Malaysian drug lord, Adithya Sharma. When the investigation turns deadly, the murderers kidnap the only witness and adding to this the assignment takes on further complications with misunderstandings between Kumaresan and Khanna. With time running out will the two be able to resolve their differences and rescue the witness? And how do they capture Adithya Sharma amidst all the twists?

The story begins with a group of government officers coming to list the number of devastated houses. The officers promised them to give a big amount to build their house but in exchange for a little amount to register their name. So the illiterate villagers, who wants to make easy money, demolish their house. The officers turn out to be frauds. The village panchayat president (Vinu Chakravarthy) knows that the villagers will not interfere in his decision until they are uneducated. Sivaraman (Sivakumar), a new school teacher, tries to change their custom and the children are happy to learn at school. Soon, Sivaraman has trouble with the village head.

Doo is well knit tale, the story begins with Vasanth (Sanjay) who works in the sub registrar office. He lives with his mom (urvashi) and hangs out with his friends (jeeva, jegan). His life takes a turn when he meets his school friend Swapna (nakshatra), a software professional.
In no time, they fall in love. However, as they get to know each other, things begin to change and they split.The story takes a turn with the arrival of Anu (sangeetha), a journalist and she takes a special position in Sanjay’s life. However, both Sanjay and Swapna are unable to come over each other’s absence.
