Bheem saves his friends from some ferocious hyenas. They meet Tuntun Mausi and plan for a special skit to demonstrate Bheem and Krishna destroying the evil Kirmada in Dholakpur’s locality. The skit goes as planned but Bheem is tensed as Krishna has not turned up for the skit but however they move on and Kanha arrives right in time to save Bheem in the climax scene and the friends enjoy their re union. Kanha who has been informed by Dhuni Baba that an evil force Zimbara is searching for the key to Adraksh which will release Shaithaan and Bheem and his friends must prevent Zimbara from reaching the Adraksh. Bheem and the others at once set of with Krishna to quell the disaster.

The conqueror of innumerable villains, Chhota Bheem meets Dhuni Baba, who advises him to pray and seek the help of Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna answers his prayers and comes to Dholakpur.

The film opens with Dholakpur under attack with some wild wolves taking away a baby of an innocent woman. Bheem comes to the rescue and defeats those wolves to save Dholakpur. Later in the Dholakpur royal palace, Princess Indumathi sees a horrible dream and requests her father, King Indraverma to tell her a story. Indraverma tells Indumati about a beauty of a land, Bali. In Bali, a Balian chants some mantras to release an evil and deadly demon, Rangda. Next day, King Indraverma gives a brief introduction of a boy of Bali who is none other than Arjun,the prince of Bali. Rangda is released from Kaal Dhund and creates her own army of magical demons called Leykas.
Next day, King Indraverma, Princess Indumathi along with Bheem and his friends set out on a trip to Bali. Indraverma tells more about Bali on their way. But before they reach Bali, it is attacked by Rangda and her magical demons, Leyaks. However, Arjun manages to escape and is rescued by Guru Bahula,the royal priest of Bali. Bahula manages to escape with Arjun and hide in a cave. Arjun is found unconscious lying on a bed. He soon wakes up and addresses Bheem and friends as mere kids. Chutki and Raju feel that they shouldn’t help Arjun at all. Bheem explains his friends to keep patience and asks them not to leave Arjun in this dangerous situation. Meanwhile, Rangda sends Leyaks to kill any one in Bali who has survived their previous attacks.

A huge bird swoops down and kidnaps Princess Indumati. The army’s scoured the whole area and the neighboring kingdoms but there’s no trace of Princess Indumati. The only thing Bheem finds was strange bird-feathers from the land of Incas. Bheem and team starts searching in the forests of Mexico where Dholu-Bholu fall off into a river. Bheem and others jump in to save them but are soon carried off by the rivers currents to the shores of a desolate valley. The valley is covered with heaps and heaps of ashes all around one such mound lie near the princess bangles. The sun rises and the mounds of ashes takes the shape of humans. The Incas where they meet Princess Indumati. The Inca chief Ixaba explains with the totem pole which was source of unlimited power, such as Rouran One day one of their own traded the totem to Rouran but as soon as Rouran touched the totem pole…. the monkeys attacked Rouran. Monkeys were angered for not having protected them and on the audacity of Rouran for trying to steal them. Th cast a spell on the Incas that they would never see sleep again and hence with each setting sun the villagers turned to dust. Will Bheem save the Incas villagers & Princess Indumati.

After his sameful defeat against dholakpur a king from a certain kingdom looks for ultimate weapon in desert but accidentally releases an ancient Asura from curse who was cursed by traveller called kamukar khoji. Both of them unite and plan to destroy Dholakpur as well as Bheem. In dholakpur professor dhumketu finds ancient book of kamukar khoji. In the same time getting some magical weapons from asura the defeated king attacks Dholapur and kidnaps Princess Indumati. Taking some helps from the book of kamokar khoji Bheem and Ganesh unite and fight both the asur and the king to take back Princess Indumati.
