Rajiv (Naveen) is a final-year student and also the son of a rich couple (Ramakrishna and Chitra Shenoy). His family friend’s daughter Krithika (Roma Asrani), a very shy girl, comes to stay in their house. She joins the same school as him as a first-year student, Rajiv helps her in many ways. At the college admission day, Rajiv falls under the spell of the fresher Pragathi (Shrutha Keerthi). Krithika later left their home and moves to the college hostel. One day, Krithika falls sick and Rajiv takes care of her, therefore she falls in love with him. Every day, Krithika records her love for Rajiv in a journal in her computer. Whereas Rajiv is attracted by Pragathi’s friendly approach, speech and graceful look. Rajiv does not have the courage to convey his love to Pragathi. On the final day of college, Rajiv reveals to Krithika that he is in love with her classmate Pragathi, Krithika is therefore heartbroken. Rajiv then proposes his love to Pragathi, but she doesn’t reciprocate his love and humiliates him.

After finishing a successful meeting with his movie producers in Bangalore, Nanda, a jingles composer catches the highway to Chennai. Aanusmita Sharma (Shahana Goswami), an employee of London-based company Barron Industries, introduces a new technology that allows objects from the digital world to enter the real world using the wireless transmissions from multiple devices. Shekhar Subramanium (Shah Rukh Khan), a game designer who also works at Barron Industries, has delivered a number of commercial failures; an irate Barron (Dalip Tahil) gives him his last chance to develop a successful game. To impress his sceptical son Prateek (Armaan Verma), and upon the request of his wife Sonia (Kareena Kapoor), Shekhar uses his son’s idea that the antagonist should be more powerful than the protagonist. His colleague, computer programmer Aanusmita uses Shekhar’s face as a model for that of the game’s protagonist G.One (Shah Rukh Khan) (Technically Good One and in Hindi Jeevan, which means life), while the shape-shifting antagonist Ra.One (Technically Random Access Version One and in Hindi Ravan, an ancient demon king)[7] is made faceless. Another colleague, her boyfriend, Aakaashi (Tom Wu), implements the characters’ movements. The game, named Ra.One, contains three levels, the final level being the only one in which either character can be killed. Each character possesses a special device – the H.A.R.T (Hertz Amplifying Resonance Transmitter) which gives them their powers. Upon reaching the last level, the characters gain a gun with one bullet; the other character can be killed by this bullet but only if his H.A.R.T is attached.

For generations, Gowtham Ramalingam (Atharvaa) and his family have close links with the media. His father Ramalingam (Aadukalam Naren) is a news presenter with Doordarshan. His grandfather was a news reader in All India Radio. Following their footsteps, Gowtham becomes a TV journalist in a small channel, despite being an engineering graduate. He falls in love with his colleague Anu (Catherine Tresa) at first sight. Anu reciprocates, and romance ensues. While things are going well romantically, Gowtham gets arrested on charges of cheating banks to the tune of several lakhs of rupees by producing fake documents and degree certificates. Gowtham realises he has been made pawn in a huge scandal. The rest of the movie is all about how he unearths the fake certificate scam and pins down the mastermind Thura Sarkar (Tarun Arora).
Sigaram Thodu 2014
Muralipandian (Vikram Prabhu) is the only son of Chellapandian (Sathyaraj), a disabled policeman who is now working in the State Crime Records Bureau and expresses a desire to see his son in the police one day. However, Murali is against becoming a policeman due to an incident which happened in his childhood; when Chellapa lost his leg during police duty, his wife fell down the stairs on hearing the news, leading to her death and left a crippled Chellapa to single-handedly look after the young Murali. His ambition is to become a bank manager, and he manages to get an interview for the same in a bank. While on a pilgrimage, Murali meets Ambujam (Monal Gajjar), a young doctor who is travelling with her chaperone, who is her grandmother Aishwarya (Kovai Sarala). Ambujam initially thinks ill of Murali due to unsavoury incidents which occur between them during the journey, but after she finds out about Murali’s true character and he helps her Aishwarya recover from dehydration, she falls in love with him. She expresses a distaste for marrying policemen, which impresses Murali.
