Osthi Velan (STR) loves his mother (Revathy) and is an inspector in a village near Tirunelveli. After finishing a successful meeting with his movie producers in Bangalore, Nanda, a jingles composer catches the highway to Chennai. Three amateur thieves plot to kidnap the young son of wealthy Chettiar (Santhana Bharathi) from school. They do a trial run. However, on the eve of the kidnap, the guy whose job is to operate a crane in this plan is hospitalized. The services of Avinasi a.k.a. Mumbai Xpress (Kamal Haasan), brother of Kovai Sarala, a deaf stuntman performing daredevil bike acts, is roped in. Twists and turns take place where the other two gang members are hurt, and invariably, our Mumbai Xpress is left to perform the task all by himself. He kidnaps a wrong boy Daddu (Hardhik), the illegitimate son of Ahalya (Manisha Koirala) and police officer Rao (Nassar), but manages to get a huge ransom from Chettiar by default. A brawl takes place between the original kidnap planners – Chidambaram (Pasupathy), Johnson (Vaiyapuri), and Avinasi – in handling Ahalya’s child, but Avinasi delivers the child unhurt to his mother.

Priya gives birth to a son and Vijay takes him away. Priya’s father tells her that the baby is stillborn. She is very depressed and thinks that her son is still alive. Vijay brings up the son. Many years later, Priya comes close to where Vijay lives and sees a boy. She follows that boy who turns out to be her son and he leads Priya to Vijay. They were united. Pichaikkaran 2016
Pichaikkaran revolves around Arul Selvakumar, who’s a rich guy of the city. One day, he realizes that his mother’s life is at stake and can’t be easily saved. He then happens to meet a Swami who suggests him to give up all his pleasures and live as a beggar for 48 days, without revealing his identity intentions to anyone else. Accepting the challenge and telling about it only to his closest friend, Arul arrives in Chennai and as time passes, he forms a strong bind with other beggars in the city. He even comes close to Magizhini, a lady who runs a pizza parlour due to her good nature. Everything goes smooth until the day when he gets caught between deadly goons and his uncle who finds out about him and tries to overtake his business.
Daas 2005
The film begins in a small village in Tirunelveli district where a few upper-caste men hold a chariot festival. Antony Daas (Jayam Ravi), along with his friends, pull the chariot in to their slum and they naturally incur the wrath of a local leader Annachi (Shanmugarajan). Meanwhile, his daughter Rajeshwari (Renuka Menon) falls in love with Daas. Her sister Punitha (Monica) elopes to marry a lower caste boy Guna (Abhinay), a classmate of Daas.
Coming to know about this, Annachi sends his men to bump off the couple. Eventually, Annachi sets the couple ablaze in front of Daas. An angry Rajeshwari, in order to teach her father a lesson, elopes with Daas and vows to get married. The couple then seeks refuge in Nasser’s (Krishna) house in Madurai. He promises to get them married. However, coming to know about their hideout, Annachi’s men reach Madurai to foil their plans. Nasser’s father Vappa (Salim Ghouse) promises to get them united. Enters Anwar (Adithya Menon), Nasser’s brother, who plans to let loose terror in the Madurai town in the name of Jehad.
